Viacom Boss: Vital Developing Suggestions for 'Paranormal Activity 4,' 'Transformers 4'
NY - Vital Pictures is "developing suggestions for Paranormal Activity 4" along with a 4th Transformers movie, Viacom Boss Philippe Dauman stated Thursday in highlighting a ongoing concentrate on franchise fare. Plus, he stated that the Star Trek follow up could hit theaters in 2013. J.J. Abrams is "centered on developing the following installment in our Star Trek franchise" for any potential release in 2013, the Boss stated throughout his company's quarterly earnings call. On a single call, COO Tom Dooley reported that Vital is focusing on a Nickelodeon-top quality live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film. The Turtles, that have been featured in a number of films previously, are visiting Nickelodeon in 2012 in animated form. Vital vice chairman Take advantage of Moore had recently stated there is no 4th Paranormal Activity movie in development, but "people certainly continue being very thinking about the franchise." His comments came following the third film within the series had the greatest opening ever for any horror film.
